Shipping delays due to COVID-19
Due to the current challenges caused by COVID-19, we are experiencing unprecedented demand with our dispatch of Orders and with our Customer Support.
We also have been working with our Shipping partners – Australia Post and Hunter Express which have also seen delays.
Please note, our standard deliveries around Australia are experiencing delays of 15-20 days.

The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us.
The safety and health of our communities, including our loyal customers and dedicated staff, is always of the highest importance to us.
Therefore, we wanted to share an update on how ISHKA is responding.
In an effort to protect our communities, we have decided to reduce our opening hours in our stores around Australia – some have temporarily closed, to be kept up to date please keep an eye on our “Store Hours.”
